Give a viewer more time before the session's time limit ends it. This cannot be done during a session on the production player today, from any of the three routes. Set the limit you need in the configuration instead.
| Triggered from | What you call | Works on the production player today |
|---|---|---|
| iframe | no message | Not available on the production player |
| Web SDK | no call | Not available on the production player |
| Unreal | {"cmd":"increaseSessionExpireTime"} exists in the player but has no effect | Not available on the production player |
The time limit is Max Session Time (minutes) on the Common tab of your configuration. Set it to the longest session you want to allow, or switch it off. Keep the inactivity log-out on, so a tab left open does not use minutes. The three time limits.
The Unreal command reaches the player and is passed on to the server, but it arrives in a form the server cannot read, and the server does nothing with it yet. The fix is in progress.

The player knows the command {"cmd":"increaseSessionExpireTime"}, but on the production player it has no effect: the session still ends at its limit. Do not build on it yet. This page will show the call once it works.
